Positions: Water Well Pump Service Technician, Well Driller, Drillers Assistant and In-shop Technician

Location: North Reading, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair water well systems and pump equipment.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
• Provide detailed and accurate reports on work performed and equipment status.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in water well and pump service not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and Massachusetts Hoisting License are a bonus.
