Former CEO of American Water (Ticker: AWK)
Walter is the former CEO of American Water, the largest publicly traded U.S. water and wastewater utility company (Ticker: AWK, Market Cap: ~$30bn).
Walter was responsible for the successful performance of American Water’s 16 regulated states, serving approximately 1,100 communities, and over 1,500 wells.
Charles ("Chuck") Firlotte
Former CEO of Aquarion Water
Chuck is the former president and Chief Executive Officer of Aquarion Water Company, one of the largest investor-owned utilities in the United States.
He is also the former Chairman of NB Power, an electric / energy services utility serving Eastern Canada from January 2020 to May 2023. More recently, Chuck served for five years as CEO of the HAB Group, a family office for the Royal Family of Qatar dedicated to utilities, infrastructure, and hospitality, serving the Caribbean and British West Indies.

Pat is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Conn-Professional Water Services, with deep experience in water operations across a range of essential services.
He also previously served as Director of Construction Services for Birmingham Water Utilities and was Director and Founder of Birmingham H2O Services.
Bob Maher
Co-founder & Former Treasurer of Maher Services
Bob is a founder and former Treasurer of Maher Services, instrumental in scaling the company from its inception into one of New England’s largest water well and pump services companies today.
Prior to co-founding Maher Services in 2008, Bob and his brothers were third generation owners and operators of D.L. Maher Co, a water supply contractor that was founded in 1941 by their grandfather Denis L. Maher. In 2002, they sold D.L. Maher Co. to Boart Longyear Company.
